We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Online Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in social media marketing (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest) and data entry. This role requires a detail-oriented, creative individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while contributing to the growth of our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Pinterest to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, schedule, and manage content calendars for all social media platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance to optimize campaigns.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build a strong online community.

Data Entry:

  • Accurately input and update data into systems.
  • Maintain and organize databases to ensure data integrity.
  • Perform regular data audits to identify and correct errors.

Content Creation:

  • Design visually appealing posts and graphics for social media platforms.
  • Write compelling captions and ad copy to drive engagement and conversions.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and report social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on campaign progress and data entry tasks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest).
  • Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data management systems.
